I used to play with miniatures back in the 80’s and started like so many by finding my local Games Workshop.
I played and gamed for a good few years and them moved away with work a lot and drifted away from gaming.

Then in 2006 I got back into gaming and decided to carry on where I left off, with 6mm.

I could not however find a single site where I could buy the figures, terrain, buildings, dice, paints, brushes, rules and all the other things I wanted.

I ended up placing half a dozen orders and paying half a dozen carriage charges and waiting for half a dozen packages to arrive.

This frustrated me, I wanted it easily and quickly.
It was then that I decided to set up my own website to try and offer such a service.

I had no money but managed to scrape together £300.00 for 2 orders of stock and used a free outdated version of a website designing piece of software to make my website.

I remember the first bit of news on the internet was on a Yahoo group where people thought I was counterfeiting miniatures as I was selling on Irregular Miniatures figures (as bought from them direct)
Alas it was not the first bit of free publicity I wanted.
(my first order was some dice to a customer in Belgium)

Never the less I carried on doing the website in the evenings when I got home from my day job and here we are today, many years later.
Much more stock with a much more varied offering and not just 6mm anymore.

I hope you like what I am trying to do by offering lots for the small scale gamer in one place.
